Confession is Powerful when I have Agreement!

Good Morning All,

Matthew 18:19 (Amplified Bible)

19Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and [a]everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven.

Have you ever listened to a quartet? The way they harmonize is so powerful. If one of the four people get out of tune and sings a different note, the group gets out of tune. This is the same way when it comes to making a confession of God’s Word. Let me give you another example. My wife and I are coming into agreement with one another about some financials decisions. We are standing on the Word of God and proclaiming it. No matter what someone else says, Tara and I will stay in complete agreement. We will agree about the same thing and there will be no change in our agreement. We are both in agreement with God’s Word and we will not be moved by what we see in the natural. Now that is called harmony! When we are in complete tune with one another we make a complete symphony unto the Lord. It pleases the Lord when two or more agree on the this earth. God wants us to ask Him for things and come into agreement with another person or persons. My agreement partner is my wife. She will stand with me no matter what happens.

Now when you ask God for something and your agreement partner does not completely agree with you then you are out of tune and harmony. You will sound like a clanging cymbal or beaten gong. You will not sound beautiful! Not only will you not sound good, but you will not receive what you are asking for. The biggest thing is… not being in agreement with God’s Holy Word. God’s Word is powerful and He gave it to you and I to use, not just to sit on a shelf.

What are you in need of? Do you need healing? Do you need to be rid of depression? Do you need finances? Are you needing peace? Remember you need to seek first the Kingdom of God. Get with your Husband or Wife, your Pastors or someone who will completely agree with you. Do not get with someone who says I hope it will happen for you right after you pray. Don’t get with someone who says good luck with that asking stuff. Luck has nothing to do with the blessings of God. Seek God, and after you have prayed then you need to start praising Him for everything that you have asked Him for. God is moved by your praises. He is blessed by your sacrifices of Praise and Thanksgiving. There is one more thing that I recommend that you do… speak only words that line up with God’s Word. Do  not, do not, speak any word that is contrary to receiving what you have asked of Him.

A blessing is in your mouth. Speak and do not look back. Back up your asking with the Word of God and you will see that He will fulfill what you have asked. Stay in complete agreement with your partner. Stay in harmony with the Word of God. For if one part of your body is out of joint the body will be out of joint. Stay focused on Him and be blessed!

The Blessings are upon me!
