1 Thessalonians 5:24

King James Version (KJV)

24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

God is so very faithful. Your calling was not made up by you. Your calling did not come because of what someone prophesied. Your calling was ordained before you were conceived. Your calling was placed upon you the moment you were conceived in your mother’s womb. Your calling is a heavenly calling from God the Father. The prophecy you received about your calling is God waking you up to recognize what your calling is. Everyone has a calling. But not everyone knows their calling or even seeks God about their calling. Your calling has blueprints, directions and instructions of what you’re supposed to do. Your calling has a map of people you’re supposed to influence. The Bible says your calling is without repentance. Romans 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. Don’t waste time talking about your past. Talk about your calling! Walking in the call on your life will help you bless others. It will help you move forward.

God is faithful who called you. Because God is faithful, He will help you to walk out this calling on your life. Don’t wait for God to make some moves. Start out on your journey and God will instruct and guide you. Why? Because He desires to bless others. How does God do that? He does that through you. Make yourself available to your Pastors. Start participating in church and watch what God will do. Ask to help somewhere in your church. Helping is the grounds for training. Helping in your church will open opportunities to bless others.
The call on someone’s life is not about just receiving the blessings. It’s about meeting the needs of hurting humanity. The world is in need of a Savior, Jesus. Jesus is the Savior for the world. There will never be another Savior. His calling was to teach, preach, die, rise, release, defeat sin, ascend and come back again for His people. What an awesome calling! He fulfilled it and God helped Him the whole way. When you decide to receive your calling you will begin to fulfill what God ordained before you were born. When you surrender to the call of God on your life the blessings will start to overflow and overtake you. You will not have to look for the blessings because you will be living in them. Remember… It is not you who has orchestrated the call. God who is faithful orchestrated it all and He will also do it. Make yourself available!
P.S. Remember this is Pastors appreciation month. Encourage your Pastors this month. After all they encourage you month after month.
