Hebrews 1:3

Amplified Bible (AMP)

He is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being, the [a]out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature, upholding and maintaining and guiding and propelling the universe by His mighty word of power. When He had by offering Himself accomplished our cleansing of sins and riddance of guilt, He sat down at the right hand of the divine Majesty on high,

Jesus has purged our sins. He has taken us from unrighteousness to righteousness. The thing that is so awesome is that Jesus upholds, maintains, guides and propels the universe by His mighty word. God’s Word is the same yesterday, today and forever. When you receive the Lord Jesus as your Savior, all your sins are purged. Purged in the New Oxford American Dictionary means: rid (someone) of an unwanted feeling, memory, or condition. The purpose of purging is to get rid of something that holds you back. Purging helps you by propelling you forward. How? When you confess and repent of the unrighteous behavior, you purge out all sin. Sin holds you down or holds you back. Purging brings deliverance. Deliverance allows you to move forward without hindrances. Memories of your sins hold you back and this is called condemnation. Condemnation comes from satan and he will help you to recall your old sins which have already been forgiven. Say “NO, it’s under the blood of Jesus.” I will not look back because I am delivered. I am sanctified by the blood of the lamb. I am set free! God does not remember my sin anymore because His Word says so in Hebrews 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

God wants you to be free from sin, that is why He sent Jesus. Jesus was sent to save human-kind. Let me re-iterate something… You have to call on the name of Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead to be saved. You can’t be saved without confessing Jesus as Lord. Romans 10:9-10 King James Version (KJV) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Jesus is Lord!

Be Blessed!

Ephesians 1:7

King James Version (KJV)

 7In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

The shed blood of Jesus gave the world a bloody blessing. Because of His blood being shed for the world, we are able to ask and accept Jesus into our hearts. It was the blood of Jesus that allows you and I to approach the throne of God. It allows us to talk with God face to face. It is the blood that CLEANSED ALL WHO CALL UPON THE NAME OF JESUS. There is no other god that can do this. There is no other man who can do this. There is no other way to Heaven except through Jesus. There is no other way to receive the forgiveness of sins except through the blood of Jesus.

The spilled blood of Jesus causes the blessing of healing to take place. The spilled blood of Jesus redeems your soul. The sanctification that all people need, comes by the blood of Jesus. The only way to heaven is through Jesus. There is only one way to God and that is through Jesus. There is only one way! For some it might seem gross. I am not trying to gross anyone out, but, I want you to look at your blessing. Your blessing, (Jesus) came as a bloody blessing. His blood is made available to ALL. This is why John 3:16 works, because it was given to the world not just the Jews. There is no one who is disqualified, unless you choose not to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior. All people sin but Jesus’ blood covers the multitude of sin. His blood has cleansing power, it saves, redeems, sanctifies, restores, makes whole, covers and makes new!

In the old testament the only way to make atonement for sin was to offer animals as a blood sacrifice. This blood sacrifice was poured over the mercy-seat. Jesus’ blood was poured over the mercy-seat for you and I. Yes, how exciting is that? Jesus made a way for you and I to be free from sin and to receive the blessing of the Lord. His blood allows us to be partakers of the covenant of Abraham. His blood allows us to be engrafted in to the family. His blood causes adoption to take place immediately. His blood gives us heavenly rights. His blood keeps satan back. His blood is your blessing! Remember nothing can work for you as much as the blood of Jesus. Walk in your bloody blessing!

Be Blessed!

Matthew 13:15
For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

What does your heart look like right now? What is the aroma of your heart? What is the condition of your heart? What is your heart beat like? Does your heart beat violently or is it a soft harmonious beat? What is the heart beat of God?

These are questions for you to ponder as you go through the rest of your day today. These questions are meant to be looked at from the spiritual point of view and not the natural. I can say your natural physical heart may not look so good if your spiritual supernatural heart is bad. Your physical heart rests on what you say about yourself and others. Your heart, if it is not worked out properly will cease and die. If your heart beat is off beat, then it will be painful. What am I talking about? I am talking about the aroma of your heart. I am talking about what your heart looks like…

Everyday we go out into a world that is filled with bad things and good things. The people all around us are watching and evaluating the world they live in. People are constantly looking at other people and making mental evaluations. If people see something that is good or bad they will begin to imitate the thing they saw. Children are the best imitators we see around us. They imitate other children, parents, and even animals. So what are we demonstrating in our churches? What is the Christian person demonstrating in their homes, communities, schools and other public places? What are you demonstrating Church? What are you demonstrating Pastor? What are you demonstrating Youth Pastor? What are you demonstrating Nursery Worker? What are you demonstrating Children’s Pastor? What are you demonstrating Worship Leader? Christian that comes to church every Sunday… What are you demonstrating outside of the church?

I am not getting on to anyone. I am challenging your mind and your heart. I am asking these questions because as a Christian we are supposed to be different. Our heart can go cold if we are not setting our hearts on God. Our heart can stink badly if we don’t change the way we talk. Our heart beat can stop, if we take our focus away from God. We need to change our attitude if it does not line up with the Word of God. Attitude towards God has a lot to do with our attitude towards others. People we have to make a choice about our heart. If you let it wax (grow) old and your eyes to go dim and your ears to be dull in hearing then you will not be able to discern anything that the Lord wants to do in your life.

God wants your heart just for Him. He wants your eyes focused on Him. God wants your ears tuned in to Him. God wants to bless you and He wants you to be a blessing to others. If the aroma of your heart stinks then nobody will want to be by you. It’s like this… If you stood next to someone who really stinks, what would you do? Of course most people would walk away and try to get out of that stinky person’s area. Well, if you look at your heart and see if it stinks and you have not deodorized it with God’s Word then people will not want to be around you. The reason why we need to look at our heart is that people will evaluate you based on your heart condition. Your attitude will tell people of your heart condition and it will give off the aroma. What does your heart smell like?

To change your heart quickly… Start by praising the Lord and confessing His Word! Psalm 28:7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. Psalm 31:24 Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD. Psalm 33:21 For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Psalm 36:10 O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart. Psalm 37:4 Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Blessed to be a Blessing,
