Hebrews 1:3

Amplified Bible (AMP)

He is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being, the [a]out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature, upholding and maintaining and guiding and propelling the universe by His mighty word of power. When He had by offering Himself accomplished our cleansing of sins and riddance of guilt, He sat down at the right hand of the divine Majesty on high,

Jesus has purged our sins. He has taken us from unrighteousness to righteousness. The thing that is so awesome is that Jesus upholds, maintains, guides and propels the universe by His mighty word. God’s Word is the same yesterday, today and forever. When you receive the Lord Jesus as your Savior, all your sins are purged. Purged in the New Oxford American Dictionary means: rid (someone) of an unwanted feeling, memory, or condition. The purpose of purging is to get rid of something that holds you back. Purging helps you by propelling you forward. How? When you confess and repent of the unrighteous behavior, you purge out all sin. Sin holds you down or holds you back. Purging brings deliverance. Deliverance allows you to move forward without hindrances. Memories of your sins hold you back and this is called condemnation. Condemnation comes from satan and he will help you to recall your old sins which have already been forgiven. Say “NO, it’s under the blood of Jesus.” I will not look back because I am delivered. I am sanctified by the blood of the lamb. I am set free! God does not remember my sin anymore because His Word says so in Hebrews 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

God wants you to be free from sin, that is why He sent Jesus. Jesus was sent to save human-kind. Let me re-iterate something… You have to call on the name of Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead to be saved. You can’t be saved without confessing Jesus as Lord. Romans 10:9-10 King James Version (KJV) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Jesus is Lord!

Psalm 8:6

King James Version (KJV)

Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

How many times have you read this scripture and passed over the first part. God has made you and I to have dominion over the works of God’s hands. That for which God produced we are to have dominion over.

Many Christians are not possessing their inheritance because of an identity crisis. Many are not possessing because they don’t even know that they have dominion over the devil and the inhabitants of the land. People are just sitting by and allowing the devil and his cohorts to take everything from them. I say enough is enough! But just because I say enough is enough does not mean that it will work for you. You need to say enough is enough. Don’t listen to satan! Don’t participate in the worldly ways. Otherwise you will respond in the worldly ways and it’s actions. Don’t get enticed by the world otherwise you won’t take your full inheritance.

Adam did the very same thing in the garden. He had the ability to stop the serpent and to shut him up. God said in Genesis 1:26-28

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Adam had the full inheritance in his hands! He let it all go on the words of a serpent that Adam had dominion over. The church quite often surrenders their inheritance on the words of someones mouth. Well, STOP IT!

You are supposed to be taking your inheritance! You are supposed to use the dominion given to you. You are not to let the enemy come in and steal from you. The moment I see the enemy trying to tear up my inheritance or he tries to keep me from receiving , I go into battle mode because I don’t like anyone or anything stealing from me. When I notice the onslaught of an attack from the enemy, I tell him to get under my feet because I have dominion over him. It’s time for you to do the same. Get your inheritance and let nothing keep you back from receiving it.

1 John 3:6

King James Version (KJV)

6Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

Are you righteous or unrighteous? I like this scripture because people don’t really know who they are. People that commonly refer to themselves as old dirty sinners really have not looked into scripture to find out who they are not. I used to be one of those people who always thought that I was just an old dirty sinner saved by grace, until I came across scripture to tell me differently Why? Because I was taught this through the traditions of man. Genetically altered Bible. The truth is that I was an old dirty sinner saved by grace, but now, I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. When you get born again you begin a process of living. You begin a process of living righteously. The old sinner man is done away with. Why? Because you are living for Him. If you are living for Him it is impossible to sin. I didn’t come up with this scripture the Lord did. If you are sinning then you have not seen Him and you do not know Him. Can you say OUCH?!

There is no sin in God. There is not, nor will there ever be sin in Jesus. So, who did you ask to come to make His home in you? Jesus of course! So, when you received Jesus, you took on righteousness! Many people today are so full of sin consciousness, that they have denied the righteousness for which they are called and identified. For you to deny righteousness, means you do not know God. For you to accept, that all you are is an old dirty sinner, is to accept satan’s words and some preachers genetically altered way. The Bible says whosoever abides (remains, continues, endures, perseveres) in Him, sins not. Who do you know? Some Christians know satan so well that they continue to hear and listen to him. Stop listening to him and start listening to the Lord. Who you listen to the most, will be who you will follow the most. Satan does not like for us to know that we are righteous! Being the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus is our identity. For someone to take your identity is to make you unknown. Satan wants to make you unknown. Why? Because if he can do this, then you will never be identified with Christ. If you’re not identified with Christ, you can’t see God. If you can’t see God, then how will you know God? Understand I do not mean to see Him with your natural eyes, but with your spiritual eyes. You should be able to see God so well in the Spirit, that you know His character, how He would act, how He would talk, how He would respond. If that is where your identity lies, in Him, then you will begin to do and say the same things He does, and you will not be able to sin, even as the scripture says. How powerful is that!

Who are you identifying with today?
