1 Corinthians 13:8

Amplified Bible (AMP)

8Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy ([a]the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth].

You and I have been showered in love. We have been clothed in love. Why? Because there is no failure there. Love never fails or becomes obsolete. God who is love, showers and clothes us in His love. The only reason why we can love is that He loved us first.

My sister is getting married tomorrow. Tomorrow will be a total revelation for her and my new brother. Why? Because God who is love will be showing the world what it looks like if the world would marry Jesus. This is one of the greatest revelations the world and the church can have. The showering of Jesus’ love. Jesus coming through those doors.

Jesus is the bridegroom and we are the bride. He is the first love and He will be showering us with His love. We will be standing at the altar waiting as He comes in His righteousness. His train will fill the temple and the people will be gathered. What will we say? I will tell you what I will say… HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is the Lord God Almighty. I will begin to rejoice and shout LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

Years ago I used to feel alone and left out. Years ago I didn’t feel loved. I don’t ever have to think about that again. I don’t ever have to feel like I am not loved. God loves me so much. There is nothing that I have to prove to Him. There is nothing that I have to do to earn His love. He constantly showers me with His love. His love will never fail me. For love to fail would mean that God would have to fail. We know that God will not fail or become obsolete.

God will see you through any problem and He will rejoice with you! He Loves You!
